Re: Handicapped Bathroom Abuse (Second Letter)
Dear Mr. Foote:
This is a follow-up to my letter of the 19th. Given that I am still encountering this problem on a daily basis and I have not heard from you, I am taking the following steps to remedy the situation unless I hear from you by 5:00PM today.
First, I will call a locksmith and have him replace the door knob on the handicapped bathroom so that only persons with a key may use it. If the locksmith demands payment on the spot as a condition of doing the work, I will pay them but will expect Tork-Rite to be responsible for the bill. If they do not demand on the spot payment I will have them bill Tork-Rite.
Second, I will contact my lawyer regarding the emotional pain and distress I have suffered over the last 5 months. No one should have to put up with what I have had to put up with on a daily basis. It is not my fault that this office was designed so poorly. I have requested to have my desk moved THREE TIME in formal writing and have received no response. I have also asked you to send out a company-wide memo regarding using this bathroom as a place to "TCOB" as Wally Menlo put it recently. My pain and suffering also includes the fact that no one has seen fit to take me seriously, but seem to derive great pleasure and humor from my distress. I have documented every case of some one leaving a face-mask, charcoal filter, and even an old ionizer on my desk.
I have even kept the notes I wrote and the abusive comments written on them. I have tried to be civil. I have tried to handle this in a professional way.
I await your reply,
Very Truly,
Michelle Klomper

Traci, I am headed out to lunch, but will you take care of the matter in the email above. Just the usual--save all correspondence for recordkeeping and retention and notify Dan Sparks, and arrange for Ms. Klomper to come in for an Employee Performance and Evaluation interview.
As always, THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD NOT BE TERMINATED UNTIL ALL EPE FORMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY THE EMPLOYEE AND VETTED BY DIVISION OF COMPLIANCE. I am not telling you nothing you don't know, Traci, but I would be remiss unless I repeated certain reminders that insure that AAAC (all asses are covered). EMPLOYEE MUST SIGN DISABLIITIES REGULATION ACT FORM BEFORE NEXT MEASURES CAN BE TAKEN. Ask Dan Sparks if you have any concerns.
Also, Traci please move me and Mr. Norton's meeting with the Tritonic reps back to Thursday. I have gas and may be leaving early today.
--Jim
